What province/country are you living in? Because I'm from Ontario and Mcgill doesn't even receive my marks until March, let alone make an offer. Also how are you class of 2015 if you haven't even started university yet? Applied to:
Brock University - Computer Science [Accepted] McGill - Computer Engineering [Accepted] McMaster - Engineering I [Accepted] Queens - Engineering [Accepted] Western - Engineering [Accepted]
Attending: McMaster Engineering - Class of 2016

Where abouts are you from and what are you applying for? As I indicated I already held a deferred offer from 2011, I just received my renewed offer for this Fall on Saturday. McGill - Arts

Cool :)! I got AAC (now B) at AS, and I'm predicted AAA :) how about you? Did you do A levels? I know how you feel, I'm tired of waiting, everyday I think "ooh it could be today".. but so far, nothing! :( I applied end of September and they received my transcript Nov 10th (it took them a month!!). Hopefully we'll both find out soon :)

Congratulations on your offer!
I have to wait till March to hear anything from McGill - I'm also an arts applicant. However I am still undecided between McGill or U of T.
I'm just wondering, why are you interested in going to McGill?
All I know is that both U of T and McGill are the only Canadian schools that are well ranked internationally (and are rivals), but I am wondering why you chose McGill and not U of T?

^ That is not true. UBC is behind them but also 'highly ranked' internationally.

Yeah, I just checked my email for the 34984933 time and there's still nothing :( I sent my transcript a few weeks ago so you'll probably get your reply first (good luck!). Where else have you applied? Marianne.

My bad. :S There are a lot of highly ranked universities in Canada, but what I meant was that a lot of international applicants that I personally know tend to name those two schools. Then when I saw that a lot of international applicants on this forum have been talking about those two schools in different threads, it just made me wonder. In no way does that mean that UBC, Queen's, Waterloo, Dalhousie, Western, or McMaster etc. are not included on that list - I should have worded what I was saying properly. Sorry! :)

Just out of curiosity. Did anyone get an answer back from McGill who are applying from provinces like BC? I just know that McGill started reviewing applications (Feb. 1st).

I'm from BC and I haven't heard anything from McGill yet. My application still says "ready for review". My average is likely not high enough for early admission though. :(

According to the email that I got from the admission office at McGill they said that they will just look at your grade 12 mark. Is it correct? So, basically, no one got an answer back yet (BC)?
