I'm going to be legit pissed if i don't get accepted though, because i spent FOREVERRRRRRRRRRRR writing my application. i rewrote two of the questions TWICE and edited each version like 20 times.. :X I wouldn't be mad. I'm sure the majority of us spent lots of time on our supplementary applications too. The reality is that we probably each only have a 4% chance of being accepted (assuming 4000 applicants and the 160 spots). So, my point is that I'd be disappointed of course, but not mad because that's just how life works sometimes. You win some, you lose some. You stand a much better chance than you think. Out of the 4000 applicants that apply, approximately 1000 of that don't even make the program requirements. Out of the leftover (~)3000 applicants, they send out 240 offers.

I kind of assume that it is between late February to late March. I know In-province applicants will receive theirs at the beginning of May. Should be a few weeks into March. I think some OOPs were also accepted in May, I can't remember.

I can't believe the number of students here with averages in the mid 90's... I was one of the few people in my grade to get a 90% (on the dot) average this semester, with only a few other students getting a mark higher. I didn't apply to health science because I didn't know I would actually get the 90 since my marks were riding the line. It's unfortunate I guess, but good luck to everyone! But about the marks... For the students who have marks in the mid-high 90's, did you go to private summer or night schools?

But about the marks... For the students who have marks in the mid-high 90's, did you go to private summer or night schools? not everyone with mid/high 90s go to bird schools.. lol. i have a friend that has a 96.4% average (highest in the school) and s/he studies ALL day and we're a pretty reputable school in ontario i think. i doubt you're "one of the few" to pass 90% (just saying, since a lot of people in my school are above 90), unless your school is really really small Agreed. I went to an IB school and about 20-30 of us had 95+ averages. You can't say that teachers inflate our marks since our tests were all standardized. Plus, the people that usually get over 95+, I noticed that whether they went to a easy school or hard school, they have a strong work ethic or are naturally gifted. Does anyone know how much consideration is given for marks vs the responses?

For example, 92% with overall essay score of 7 out of 7 will beat 98% with overall essay score of 5 out of 7. Marks are supposed to be a tiebreaker. If two people got the same score, the person with higher marks will then get in.
