Omagosh! Kpop is pretty awesome! Despite the fact that I don't understand the language: the melody, dancing, the artists are all so appealing!

Hahaha I saw this and giggled a little.
My sister and I can't stop singing "Hello" by SHINee. She made me learn the dance to "Lucifer" (but it's pretty fun!).
We write fanfiction in our nonexistent spare time. :P
I think my mom's secretly in love with (the late) DBSK.

hahaha, this made me laugh!!! I like kpop, especially CN Blue and Big Bang (yes, I am Korean ) But have any of you fans find kpop generic? Originality of lyrics obviously plays out as either about love, break-ups, friendship, or partying...not much apart from that =/ Apart from Indie rock groups such as FT Island, no one shows legit instrumental talent in their songs and instead use technologically created sound... And everyone is "beautiful" some naturally scouted because they look great or artificially good looking...It seems odd that people care more for looks than talent (shame on you...jk) Anyway, just wanted to say what I felt like saying... =) **Shields**

LOL, my mom and aunt got me watching korean dramas and i loved the OST...
so now my ipod is filled with kpop
i love SS501, FT Island, CNBlue :) and a bunch of OST's especially by Jang Geun Suk <3
i want to learn how to read/write korean so much !

I am a total Kpop addict! I just love all the cute looking boys & girls! The boy bands are all so cute and it's so hard to choose which one is better, although for me I know that I just heart big bang & FT island!

The music culture in Korea is so much different then North America.
Can't remeber the last time I saw a Boy Band on TV here, but in korea they're everywhere.
BTW, I like 2PM and GDragon haha.

Oh my... A thread after my own heart! I'm Commander and I'm a self-diagnosed K-Pop addict. I happened upon a 2NE1 video a short time ago and I have to say, I was hooked. I'm a big fan of 2NE1, BIGBANG, B2ST, EXO-K ( and EXO-M but I am trying to learn Korean so I would rather not confuse myself with Mandarin too), SHINee, and Tablo. I'll watch a Strong Heart video every now and again but I don't usually get the chance to because my Internet at home is unbearably slow. TOT I can't believe the amount of back-breaking training the idols go through before they eventually debut. Didn't 2NE1 train for like, 4 years before even coming out with one song? (I don't know for sure because I'm new to this whole scene.) Oh! and the image that they have to uphold...by the Maker, I'd crack under all of that pressure to live up to the industry and society's expectations. **Shields**
