Yaaa you`re right. Found it. I dont see they say anything about the condition of my offer. Does it mean my offer is in final stage and i dont have to maintain anything ? Since all my marks are already final?

The package you received should tell you what to maintain.

My letter of admission said I needed to maintain an 85% in my top 6 marks and all prereqs. My prereqs are: ENG4U0, MHF4U0 (my choice), SBI4U0, and SCH4U0 (my choice). Hopefully I can do it :)

You got offer for kinesiology also right?
May I ask what is your average? Cause I thought cutoff for that program is 88 last year. How come they only ask for maintaining at 85. Isnt it weird?

I have only received my offer for Life Science, my Kin offer should be here soon. Kinesiology should be anywhere between 86-88, even though Mac estimated it would be between 85-87 for this year.

All offers are conditional upon students completing the requirements for their high school diploma, finishing at least 6 Grade 12 U/M courses (in Ontario) including all of the ones required for the program, and maintaining a final admisison average (as stated on their offer letter). All of these conditions have to met by June 30, 2012. Just a note that you do not need to maintain the minimum final average in each individual course - just the calculated average of the top 6 4U/M courses including those required for your program. Hope this is useful.

Has Mac stopped giving out offers until the next report?

I still haven't gotten into Mac LifeSci and I'm sitting with a 90 after my first report, while a friend of mine with an 88 already got theirs in February ...

Should I be worried at all?

I've been reading that (rumour has it) this year's cutoff is an 89. But if your friend got in with an 88, surely this isn't true?

In any case, don't fret. You're well within the admission average range.

I'm not sure about the cut off. I asked my friend specifically what their top 6 average was for the first report and they said 88.

I got my acceptance during March Break.

Good luck to everyone else!
