Also the e info said there is a bba degree in the arts and business course, is that true??thx

Not Arts and Business.
And there is no BBA. The reason you might have seen it is because of the double degree programs (BBA/BMath and BBA/BCS) between Waterloo and Laurier, but the BBA is earned at Laurier.
