I accepted my offer to Laurier's BBA Hon. Business administration a week ago. I applied to residence and started to enroll in my courses using LORIS. I realized that I need to take the CPE before enrolling in a math course. And to take the CPE, I need to have my WLU Novell account. And when I tried to log in to the webmail, it said "Login Failed. System error. Please contact your helpdesk team" I clicked "Forgot password?" and entered my username but it said "User not found" Any help? Laurier School of Business and Economics

Did Laurier send you an email confirming that you accepted their offer? Whenever I try to log onto LORIS it tells me I am not authorized to be using this webpage,

Yup. Laurier sent me a confirmation email and they included the link to the online version of the registration guide (www.wlu.ca/registrar/year1registrationguide) But that's all they said. They didn't include any of my account info Laurier School of Business and Economics

First of all, congratulations on accepting your offer. You're really going to enjoy your time at WLU. In general, the default Novell/Laurier login is lastXXXX:MMDDYYYY. So that's the first four letters of your last name followed by the last four numbers of your student number. If you're last name is less than four letters long, put trailing Xs. And the MMDDYYYY is the default for LORIS/Novell. UW/WLU DD '15
