Do universities look at how many volunteer hours you have? Like through the OUAC system or whatever? I have 540 hours and, stupid me, forgot to put that down on my Queen's PSE and I really really want to go to Queen's.
Also, how does the waitlist at Queen's work?

OUAC only gets your marks, nothing about volunteer hours. So if you missed it on the supplemental app, I would email the recruitment centre about both your questions. Glendon Campus, York University - Environmental and Health Studies '15

Also, how does the waitlist at Queen's work? OUAC will only specify whether you have met the 40 hour volunteer requirement to graduate high school, it won't indicate how many hours you have contributed. Like most universities, Queen's will count the number of students that have accepted their offers after June 1 and will be giving away spots until they reach the enrolment maximum. Applied to (Fall 2011):
Queen's University - Arts [Admitted] [ACCEPTED OFFER] University of British Columbia (Vancouver) - Arts [Admitted] University of British Columbia (Okanagan) - Arts [Admitted] University of Western Ontario - Social Science (2 programs) [Admitted] University of Western Ontario - Media, Information, & Technoculture [Admitted] Simon Fraser University - Arts (Criminology) [Admitted] University of Toronto, Victoria College - Social Sciences [Refused] [Alternate Offer - Scarborough] University of Waterloo - Honours Arts [Admitted] McMaster University - Social Sciences [Admitted] McMaster University - Humanities [Admitted]
