Prom is coming up (soonish)! Ladies, I'm sure you're all looking forward to it and dreaming about that special day. So if you've got a ridiculous prom story (or a super sweet one)- be that the way you were asked/the way you asked, or your date's embarassing dance moves, or anything else prom related - post them all here!

I am Really excited for prom. I don't have any stories to share yet. I hope you have a great time. Don't worry about the negative and focus on the positive. :)

girls (and guys), if you don't have a date don't sweat it. they're kinda overrated anyways. so don't freak out if you're going solo, cause you'll probably end up having a blast avoiding the drama and such. enjoy the special night, you only get to go to prom once! :)

Dang, everyone's getting so ahead of themselves.
Prom isn't for another 4-5 months!
We still have a grad boat cruise to worry about before prom.
Jeez.

Prom is a long way away, prom at my school is in May. I have an idea of what dress I would get though. I know that others above said dates don't matter but 97% of grade 12s last year at prom had a date. It will be my mission before May to ask a guy to go with me.

My prom wasn't the greatest, but I'm so glad I went. It was a lot of fun and a great way to finish off high school.

Though my boyfriend's prom was so much more fun. Even though he can't normally dance, we spent almost the whole night out of the dance floor, having the time of our lives.

Prom is usually overrated.

I went with my boyfriend and friends, it was fun; but not OMG BEST PART OF HIGH SCHOOL. Pretty much just like any other semiformal, except a lot more expensive.

Why not?
Better you ask now then wait 5 months when it's too late and he's already going with someone else.

I might as well go to prom since I've never been to any of my school's semi-formals/banquets. bounce

That's why I'm going. It might be fun to get all dressed up for once.
