What is the difference between management and commerce? Is commerce including more math stuff? Could I still get a job in the marketing or human resources field if I took management instead of commerce? I want to go for commerce at UTM, but it seems harder than management. For the management program at UTM, you come out with a BBA degree; for the commerce program at UTM, you come out with a BCom degree. Is there any difference? Will either one be better for a career in marketing/human resources?

There's no difference. Neither of them will put you at a better position in your career.
