So weird, a lot of my friends and I got in without submitting the AIF yet. Got into mech without crazy marks and my friend got into nano with like the same marks as well. Maybe being in a non-semestered school helps ? University of Waterloo: Mechanical Engineering - Accepted (Feb.23)

Uhm to those who were wondering, my friends and i go to non-semestered. Only final marks right now are 12 Functions. Not exactly sure how UW calculated our averages but i'm imagining it would be in the 87.7+ range at least. University of Waterloo: Mechanical Engineering - Accepted (Feb.23)

What program did you apply for? Applied to software engineering, I didn't submit the aif until the 18th of Feb, but if they seems some still got in without it. I think my aif was strong but there is still lots of acceptances left so hopefully I'll make it. Could they be waiting on my performance in computer science? They might be waiting to see your mid term mark (if you are is a semester school). I highly doubt that they care whether you apply for other programs.
