So glad that there are metalheads everywhere still. I wouldn't classify myself as solely a metalhead though. I listen to a wide range of music. But my top 5 metal bands would be: 1. System of a Down 2. Metallica 3. Disturbed 4. Rage Against the Machine 5. Protest the Hero This was actually so difficult to come up with. So many respectable and talented bands to choose from. This was actually so difficult to come up with. So many respectable and talented bands to choose from. Don't worry! I think most of us here are fairly eclectic with our tastes and like more than just metal -- even if there aren't very many of us to begin with -- so you are more than welcome here! Nice top five. I know, pretty tough, right? But that is the point, haha. Are you hitting up Heavy T.O. this summer? Based on your top five, I think you should check it out. Communication Studies │ Laurier '16

I'd love to go to Heavy T.O. but I most likely won't be able to. The tickets are expensive, plus I'd have to pay for travel and what not. All the money I make is going towards university unfortunately. If you're going though have fun, cause the line-up is sick. Warped Tour's line-up is pretty decent this year too University of Guelph: Biomedical Engineering

Sadly, I won't be making it either. Same reason. The tickets are soooo expensive. Warped just makes sense because it is so cheap -- I got advanced tickets and those were only about $35 -- but no Heavy T.O. for me. Communication Studies │ Laurier '16

Not being able to afford things is something you'll have to get used to given your choice of major/career path.

Sorry that I'm dropping thousands to spend my summer in Europe rather than going to a concert. Don't presume you know anything about me or my life. Stop showing up in this thread -- you are definitely not welcome here -- and most definitely stop commenting on things I say. Go away you pathetic, disrespectful d-bag. For the thousandth time, this forum is supposed to be a welcoming, helpful environment focused around post-secondary education. It should not be one that fosters hate, negativity, disrespect, or hostility. Go away. Communication Studies │ Laurier '16

He's simply a person who says stuff like that just to get a rise out of people. So in short, he's a troll. But yeah, I plan on going to Warped Tour but maybe at the Detroit venue simply because it is one of the 4 venues that Rise Against is playing at. University of Guelph: Biomedical Engineering

Whatever, I'll post 5 of the bands that I'm really into right now (this can change drastically from time to time, so don't make any judgements based off of this lol). 1) Periphery 2) Alter Bridge 3) Karnivool 4) The Korea (Russian band) 5) Protest the Hero 5) Trivium 5) Alexisonfire 5) Muse 5) Dream Theater Queen's Commerce Class of 2017
