If I accept an offer, can other universities still give me offers if they haven't yet?

Yes, they can still give you acceptances after you have accepted an offer. But if you do receive a different offer and decide to accept that one instead, you have to notify the school of the previous offer you accepted.

If you accept a different school after accepting one, you'll cancel the first.

You can cancel your original offer and then apply for a new one, but remember you can't take back your old original offer now.
