On the website it says $10000 over 4 years if you have a 95% final admission average
that means the mark is calculated after the 2nd semester final exams right? and not on the marks that were sent in during mid-term for university application.for example, during mid-terms my mark were slightly lower than the 95%, but if after the finals I end up with a 95%, should I still be able to get it?
also, I applied for bio-med sciences, therefore it should only include eng, advanced function, 2 highest sciences and other 2 highest courses in the mark calculations, right?

Yes to all. All final marks received by August 31 can count, so you can even take summer school to boost your average.
