Hey guys! Does anyone have any information for me about these two schools and how they differ? Not only in culinary arts, but in the overall experience? Thanks so much! Applied to:
University of Guelph - Science (Animal Biology) Admitted - Accepted Offer
University of Waterloo - Honours Science (Biology) Admitted
McMaster University - Life Sciences (Biology) Admitted

Kitchener's actually has a lot of stuff going on as opposed to some other places. There's downtown (shopping, some clubs, restaurants, stuff like that), there's concerts and events and stuff. It's actually connected to Waterloo (i.e. there's no separation between the cities, you won't even notice when you cross the little border), so there's shopping and clubs and everything in uptown Waterloo, as well. Conestoga is famous for culinary school and is served by plenty of buses, so getting around shouldn't be too much of a problem. Plus, Conestoga is a highly regarded college, from what I've heard and has a residence hall for out-of-city students. www.askforeducation.com/online-schools/by-subject/trades-careers/culinary
