Why Employers Hire Education Grads

Employers in our knowledge society are always looking for people with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to teach is increasingly important across many fields including health, sciences, technologies and the arts where people need to constantly learn new things. Changes in knowledge that impact the lives of human beings need to be understood and learned in order to improve health and well-being as well as skills for life and in the workplace. Teaching requires content knowledge in particular fields as well as the ability to foster learning and the development of new skills and abilities.
