I want to apply for UTAPS, however my parents have not received their T4 slips as of yet, and they are not able to do their taxes until some time in March, and on the UTAPS application, it states that it should be submitted by February 29th. What do you do if you do not have the sufficient information in order to fill the application yet? Do we use the information from 2010 tax income returns, even if they may be different? Thanks! I think once Feb 29th passed, they have to call their employers and ask them to send their T4 slips.
