I've never applied for OSAP before, but I am in university right now at York. I'm transferring universities for the 2011 fall term and moving out. I do currently have a student loan from Scotiabank, but it'll only cover my tuition OR my living expenses. Has anyone ever coupled OSAP with a loan?
