if i get a BSc in math will companies hire me to be a game programmer? how much experience i need to become a programmer?

You need to know how to program, first of all. There is also a lot of mathematics involved in game programming. It's also very stressful work with long hours and sub-optimal pay for the most part. But if it's your passion, go for it! You should really look into doing a computer science degree with some math on the side, though. That would likely be more helpful. Unless you are able to pick up programming on the side with your math degree.

To begin with, you need to know how to program in some language. The preferred languages for game programmers are C and C++. I have no opinion on which is better, either one will take you far. If you are just getting started, and you haven't learned C or C++ yet, you can write games in another language. Lots of perfectly good games have been written in BASIC, Pascal, and Delphi. Years ago I wrote some pretty games in Fortran. It doesn't matter that much what language you use, as long as you have mastered it.
