Hi, I just saw a post last year about Schulich acceptances, so I thought that maybe we should also have one this year.
Post your questions, marks, ECs, and your acceptances here, and we'll get through this stressful time together :)
Hope to see you all next year!

Unlike last year, where everyone pooled their schulich questions into 1 thread, this year the new fad is to make a new thread every time you have a question, and then repost the same question in a new thread the next day to get more responses compress

lol I sometimes do the same thing :P
But now that the application due date is almost near, there probably shouldn't be a lot of application questions anymore...

Can I know what was your average last year and how were your ECs?

Lol yeah.....after applications are over, the hype settles down until mid march when the first rounds come out then its hysteria all over again....

As for myself, I got in first round (which varies between before march break and after march break every year..) with 92....had 10 ECs...3 were volunteer things just to get the mandatory 40 hours, 1 work experience doing data entry, 1 deca, 2 sports (wasnt on any official school teams though, just casual outside of school stuff), and the rest random school clubs (yearbook exec was the main one, the rest I kinda just went sometimes)

Lol I know that last year the acceptances started on March 8th or something... but then I also know that in the previous year, the acceptances didn't start until mid-March...

And about the OUAC order, I don't think anyone knows the right answer, since Schulich doesn't say if it affects or not. But I personally know people who got accepted even though it's not their first choice, if that helps...

omg after reading this i feel like i might just stand a chance. Since i have 9 ECs, 3 of which are Community Service hours. I have an 89% average, but hopefully by the end of semester 2 i should get 90%+.
I really hope that Schulich accepts me (:

Right now my average is 91.5, but my ECs are pretty bad... I have no executive positions at all, but I did have a bit of leadership potential... I hope Schulich will accept me in March. I really don't want to wait until April.
