I've been looking into the residences and the best looking one seems to be Ponds, but I think the two person suite would be awkward. Where did you choose? :D Schulich [Accepted] Rotman Commerce [Accepted] Waterloo Math CA UTSC Management Co-op [Accepted] Brock Honours Accounting Co-Op [Accepted]

I chose Ponds mainly because I wanted a kitchen and a more private bathroom? xD like, it's only going to be shared between two people. I personally don't mind the two person suite, but if you do, they actually give you an option of choosing your own roommate i think. So if you know someone else that's going to be applying for residence, you can put his/her name down. However, that option is not going to be open until May. **Shields** Accepted: University of Toronto: Social Sciences + Vic One (Pearson Stream) Carleton University: Honours Science University of British Columbia: Arts

I was eying that one too haha suite style sounds much better than traditional dorm xD My only concern is that Calumet is very far from the Schulich building :C Thanks for your help! Hey guys :) I have friends in practically all of the residences. Most of them prefer Pond or Village. I have a few in Calumet, but personally, I'm not too much of a big fan of it. In Pond, you get a choice of who you would like to room with, and it's not so bad. At Village, you pretty much get a house with a few other people. Personally, I like Pond's suite style, but I also like Village's style too. And no worries about Calumet being too far, it really isn't. It's probably a quick 6 - 7 minute walk and you get to see York a bit haha. If I had to choose a residence, I'd end up with Pond most likely. York University Schulich School of Business | BBA | 2015

Village looks really nice, but I guess I'll probably be sticking with Pond. The virtual tour on youtube really helped me decide. I'm also reconsidering Calumet now that I know it's not too far :') Thanks a bunch! Note on rezPond is generally the best one as people like it the most. 2 people suit is not too awkward as you get your own room of a descent size and you only share a little common area and washroom. When applying, request to be on the 9th floor. That floor has high ceilings, no one monitors the hallway, so you can party and almost all Schu students will ask to be there, so you would know all of your neighbors :) PM if you have any questions with regards to school, university, jobs, etc. I am glad to help out and share what I know. A few grade 12s from my old high school just got accepted. I searched Schulich on Twitter and saw about like 7-12 acceptances. Probably means quite a few were given out.

About 6 people at my school got in. About 20 people on this forum got in.

Then, I checked on MyFile and it was there. I haven't check OUAC yet, but they say that they update their records at 2-3 am.
