A friend of mine goes to Ryerson and she absolutely loves it there. She lived in ILLC for her first year and met a lot of great people and had a lot of fun. She's also enjoyed her profs and classes. I also applied there and visited for a Discover Ryerson day but I decided it wasn't the school for me as Downtown Toronto isn't exactly the most pleasant of places. It's definitely a lively area but the downtown campus kind of pulled away from the university feel for me. You obviously have your own opinions regarding that though. From what I saw and what my friend has said it seems like it's a pretty great school a lot of diversity with people as well. Hope this helps :)
