Hey, also consider the
York-Sheridan Bachelor of Design (YSDN); I can vouch for it, as I just finished my first year there. The studio classes are slightly smaller than OCAD's, so more 1 on 1 with profs. Also, York being a bigger school in terms of total population means there's a lot more clubs and activities to get involved in on campus. Other than that, there's also the option in third year for going abroad to Germany (including at the Bauhaus, which is pretty influential in design history) or Australia, and a mandatory internship.
You seem like you have great marks, so those shouldn't be an issue. Having some computer science or web design experience helps out a lot as well, and really boosts the score you get on the portfolio section if you include a project or two, so maybe consider taking a grade 10 or 11 comp sci course (no prerequisites if I remember correctly for either). Honestly though, all the courses you've taken so far are great for graphic design; data management will help you out for information design, and being multilingual is huge.
Also, Glendon is gorgeous, so if you go with translation instead that would be pretty wicked too. Best of luck! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
