Hi. I applied to the concurrent education program in both utsc and Utm. I was wondering if anyone got acceptances yet? Do you think the average of 85.8 is high enough? On the website it says low 80s but they pick only 60 people.

UofT isn't well known for its con.ed program so you need not worry. If they say low 80s, that's probably what it is. Just hang tight and wait for after they get your midterm marks!

I also have applied to UTM con ed and im still waiting for a response. I have an 86 average right now, so Im hoping that's good enough to get in! Do you think they'll reject me based on my data management mark? It's quite low compared to my other marks, and I know it's required for the con ed program.

Unless they stipulate "top 6 with ENG 4U and MDM 4U with a mark in both of at least 70%" or something like that as a prerequisite, I highly doubt they'll reject you based solely on your mark in data management. Remember, you're going into a teaching program, meaning they understand (or should understand) that different people have different things to offer, and different strengths too. Just because you aren't the best at data management doesn't mean you don't deserve to be a teacher.
