Yes, mostly only for early acceptances.
As long as your average is above the cut-off; your grade 11 marks will be totally ignored. It could slightly make you a better candidate if it's really super duper good. But there's no way a bad grade 11 transcript will work against you. Unless you're applying to something crazy like McMaster Health. Sci. lololol

As they said, it's for early acceptances. Even if you get early acceptance for good grade 11 marks, you still need to mantain a certain grade in your grade 12 course (e.x. 80+). Don't worry most people get late acceptances according to their grade 12 marks. Just remember to do really good in all your grade 12 courses.
