I've been wondering the same thing. I'm not impatient as to finding out whether my application is processed but more-so whether I have passed or failed the credit check, which is my main catalyst for the next action I take.
Does the message "Information on the status of your application will be available late May" suggest it hasn't been touched, or is that significant of passing the credit check?
I applied Monday night, (Apr 30, 2012). Also, is the credit check done automatically based on SIN number (arbitrary time frame) or is it a dynamic length of time based on the volume of the applications?
First time applicant, I've been searching all over the web but can't find a distinctive answer to these questions.

I thought that the 2012-2013 application wasnt available yet? Or are you talking about another app? :) I am also curious about the subject. Just ignore the above. University of Toronto
