Which program/university is better? Which one has more opportunities and better chance of getting high GPA? Which one can prepare me more for applying to med school? I hope you guys can share your opinions with me because I'm seriously struggling to choose the right place to go. Thank you so much.

With the right work ethic, 4.0 at UofT is definitely possible. At Mcgill, many of the students have a really high HS average, hence it might not be as easy to get a 4.0 as compared to UofT. UTSG Trinity College

A 4.0 at either is possible. Neither is better and you are likely to get a similar GPA at any university. McGill is smaller and might have more research opportunities than U of T, but opportunities are available at both.
