Hi, Got into UBC Sciences and I was wondering is there anyway they can revoke your offer? All you need to do is graduate right? By finishing the required courses? As well as to keep a minimum 70% avg? Does this mean we can slack off or something, cause my grades have started slipping because I'm having many different problems. Thanks!

Try your best still, registration times are given in order of averages. Have you constructed a timetable on the SSC yet? You'll see that it's quite time-consuming to create a timetable that you are satisfied with, so the higher your average is, you get first dibs on the classes. You don't want to have a perfect timetable only to find out some of the courses are already full. Hopefully you can sort out those problems soon. :) Class of 2016

I was accepted in mid april and my course registration time is June 26 at 7:00 a.m.

What was your average going in and does it still say June 26 at 7:00 a.m.? My registration status is blocked too but I think that's because I put a language course on my worklist and I have yet to go through the placement exam. What was your average going in btw? Yeah, blocked status is fine for now. But is there anyway to get your offer revoked still?

I think that you are fine as long as you don't fail any of your courses, or drop to an average lower than 70%. One of my teachers said that UBC tends to avoid revoking offers unless ABSOLUTELY necessary...

Hmmm.. strange my registration status turned into "Blocked" as well even though it said June 26, 7:00 a.m. before. And my gr. 11 average was like 95.5%. Also, does anyone know if UBC cares whether or not you fail some random elective? I've kind of been skipping it for the entire term 3 so I know I'll fail the course in term 3 although the "Final Grade" of that course will be a bare pass.
