Seems like system & design engineering stream is majorly lacking applicants this year.. I did not get any alternative since i never listed systems as one. My alternatives were Elec and Comp Eng. My average was like an 86ish English : 82 Physics : 80 Chemistry: 82 Adv Func: 90 Calc: 89 Comm tech: 93 and I don't think alot of engineering programs are lacking space in Waterloo (not explaining the fact that I have no reason why some programs are still even accepting). They must have a lot of people that either decided they weren't going to take up S.Y.D.E or picked another school. I guess I was hoping for to much. Computer Science was given as an alternate to a lot of engineer students who did not get accepted. I thought that there would be a lack of space because those students would refuse the alternate. UTSC - Computer Science Coop 2016
