Does anyone know if I were to take a specialist program in say, History, am I allowed to take 2 minors as well?

Yes, you are. I am doing that currently.
UofT states that you may enroll in up to 3 subject POSTs, of which a maximum of 2 (and minimum of 1) may be majors and/or specialists (meaning at least 1 POST must be a minor).
Basically you are allowed the following combos of 3:
1 Specialist, 2 Minors 1 Major, 2 Minors 2 Majors, 1 Minor 1 Specialist, 1 Major, 1 Minor 2 Specialists, 1 Minor (if even possible - might be if considerable overlap in courses)
You CANNOT do these combos of 3: 3 Specialists 2 Specialists, 1 Major 1 Specialist, 2 Majors 3 Majors 3 Minors

I want a major and 3 minors :( or two and two. sadface I do know someone doing 2 specialists + a minor actually. she's taking 5 years though. University of Toronto (Trinity College) Honours Bachelor of Arts, Majors in English and Psychology, 2013ish
