k so a month ago i submitted my osap app online, mailed it in and submitted the msfaa to a post office.

but did i really? all she did was stamp something on the papers, i didnt really think of it at the time because i had exams to worry about but was i supposed to mail the papers elsewhere?

i'll be going to seneca in the fall for the first two years of my york nursing program, but according my myseneca page, there are no records of my osap application yet

Ignore the above poster.

All they do at the post office is stamp it and then they mail it to wherever. I filled out my OSAP application at the beginning of June, mailed the MSFAA mid-June, and in the past week my OSAP was processed and said that they received the MSFAA on the day I mailed it (it didn't show up until my application was processed). If your OSAP application still isn't processed, then you just have to wait.

Go to OSAP site and check there and see what is your status. It should give the confirmation number for your MSFAA. Don't panic if you don't see the number sometimes it takes a while for them to process .

According to the OSAP website, you should allow approximately two weeks of processing time before you receive your confirmation, although I think it's going to take longer since this is the first year they started using the MSFAA and things will be pretty messy. If you have any questions feel free to contact OSAP.
And yes, life is unfair, get over it.
