Be grateful that you're single. One day, the one person will come along and knock you off your heels and you will never want to be single again! sunny

I'm 17. While I have been on dates and such, I am way too attached to my music and academics to be commited to anyone who is not a guitar player and/or doesn't play in any of my favourite bands. Needless to say, I am VERY picky :P

Oh definitely single!! As much fun as people think it is, it's really not when you try and have a "Relationship" in high school! I have priorities and honestly don't have time for all the baggage that comes with this whole boyfriend garbage/.

I'm 19 and have been with my boyfriend for a year and a half. He's my second boyfriend, first was in grade 11, but I dont think there should be a rush to date. I love my boyfriend to bits (whatever that means) but I think it's important to wait until you find a good match to start dating.

Jesus fucking Christ.

You're 18 y/o and you're basing one of the most important decisions of your life on some girl that you most likely will not be dating (or possibly even be in contact with) in a couple of years?!

You aren't suppose to be in a relationship at your age. Go out and have fun - by that I mean, go out and bang as many broads as humanly possible in university. You'll have plenty of time for a relationship later on starting in your mid 20s.

I'm not going into too much detail but our relationship is different from a typical high school relationship.

Quant is right (well, maybe except for the "banging broads" part...). Your choice of university will stick with you for the rest of your life. Romantic relationships are transient, let alone relationships when you are 18 years old. Painful as it is to say, there's a great risk that you'll split up with your girlfriend eventually. Of course, everyone thinks, "But our relationship is DIFFERENT!"

You seem interested in engineering, judging from your signature. Your personal interest in your program of study is perhaps the most important factor in your post-secondary decisions. In the end, it's how you set your priorities; but I hope you seriously consider it from this perspective as well.

I'm 18 and never had a boyfriend, first kiss, yada yada yada. It has a lame story behind it but it is too long.

MiniMac - I'm hoping for the same thing but I really hope I don't come near one of them playboys.

Single and happy to be so. My last boyfriend was way more invested in the relationship than I was, and moved too quickly, and now I'm quite content to just do things my way.
